Cardiff City have signed Oumar Niasse from Everton, the Premier League club have confirmed.The Bluebirds had been chasing Niasse throughout the January window with the view of signing the Senegal forward on loan.And he has penned terms with the Welsh outfit for the remainder of the 2018/19 season.
