Manchester City have taken the unusual step of including ‘Manchester United tax’ in Brahim Diazs transfer Real Madrid, which is nearing completion.The talented 19-year-old has agreed to leave the current Premier League champions after a lack of first-team opportunities.2

Madrid will pay an initial 15.5million for Diaz with this potentially rising to 22million with add-ons depending on his success in Spain.City, though, have insisted on a special United clause in the deal to try and prevent Real selling him to their rivals in the near future.2
