The French defender’s future in west London remains uncertain with Chelsea’s impending transfer ban, although it is understood that club officials are considering appealing the decision if Fifa upholds the punishment.An appeal could result in the ban being postponed, which would mean the Blues would be more open to parting with the powerful defender.Zouma would not come on the cheap, with Marco Silva’s side already aware they need to shelve out 30m if they want to keep Andre Gomes when his loan from Barcelona ends shortly.
