Fenerbahce have signed Chelsea winger Victor Moses on an 18-month loan, the Premier League club have confirmed.Moses, 28, has moved to Turkey until the end of the 2019/20 season after falling out of favour under Maurizio Sarri.
Good luck at Fenerbahce, @VictorMoses! — Chelsea FC (@ChelseaFC) January 25, 2019Moses was converted from a winger to wing-back by Antonio Conte, Sarri’s predecessor, playing a key role in the 2016-17 title triumph.Crystal Palace academy graduate Moses signed a contract extension in March 2017 to commit to Chelsea until the end of the 2020-21 campaign. But Sarri said Moses was not suitable for his style of play, and the former Nigeria international has made just one start and four substitute appearances this season. He has not featured since October.A Chelsea statement read: “We wish Victor, a popular member of the squad, all the best on his loan deal in Turkey.”Moses moved to Stamford Bridge from Wigan in 2012 and now embarks on a fourth loan from Chelsea, having also had spells at Liverpool, Stoke and West Ham.
